Our office, attorneys, and staff are equipped to handle all of the litigation needs of our clients. In the past, our office has been retained by the State Auditor of the State of Montana to handle litigation arising out of a major insurance company's violation of Montana's Insurance Code. Our office was also retained by the Montana Attorney General to prosecute Montana's claims against the big tobacco companies.
