Criminal Defense

Our trial lawyers have extensive experience in defending the rights of people who have been accused of, or may be accused of, criminal offenses. We have handled all types of criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious felony indictments, including drunk driving, drug possession, narcotic sales, theft and burglary, sex offenses, arson, assault, and even attempted murder, to name a few. We recognize and acknowledge that when an individual hires our firm to represent him/her in a criminal matter, that matter is of the utmost importance to that individual. For this reason, we respectfully provide each client with the best representation possible. The trial attorneys at Paoli, Latino & Kutzman, P.C. have significant experience defending the most serious of crimes and obtaining dismissals or plea agreements, and we are always prepared to take any case to trial, if necessary. Our broad range of experience in dealing with prosecutors assists us in obtaining favorable results on behalf of our clients.

Criminal cases are handled on an hourly fee basis or, in some cases, on a set fee basis. Each case is unique and fees are determined on an individual basis.
